Long Term Objectives

Long-term goals are created based on the organization’s mission statement, around which all other operations are built. Long-term goals highlight the results that were anticipated when particular tactics were used. All of the business organization’s plans are developed and put into action under the direction of its long-term goals. These goals are for a longer length of time—between two and five years—and the resulting tactics should likewise be congruent with this time frame. (Daniels, 2017)
