Design of Work System

In this course, participants will gain comprehensive insights into job design and its structure, with a focus on the most recent trends shaping this field. Students will delve into the fundamental components of job design, including specialization, various approaches and motivations, and the significance of methods analysis in creating effective job designs. The course will thoroughly explore four commonly utilized techniques for motion study, enabling students to assess their impact on optimizing job performance.
