Peopledev International Corp ( PIC ) will be holding its 8th Kinaya program from September 2026 to December 2026 and is open to state colleges and universities and private schools.
The Kinaya Entrepreneurship Development Program is a social mission project of PeopleDev International Corp., a social enterprise that is an expert in high-impact skill-based training. The following topics will be covered by their mentors and trainers in the program: Innovation of Products and Services, Digital Marketing, Operations Management, and Financial & HR Management.
There are four weeks of online learning of the four modules and every week there is a mentoring session by experts in their fields. The participants will present their Business Model Canvas Plan, Digital Marketing Strategies and Plans, Operations Plan, Profit and Loss Projections and Sustainability plans.
The participants will be grouped in teams of 3 to 5 ideally and a Team Leader will be elected by the group. The teams will be given two weeks to finalize their business plans , test their prototypes/ create their products.
The program’s capstone is a localized Sustainable Development Goal ( SDG ) -integrated business plan and product/ prototype presentation / pitching competition which will be announced after the online courses and mentoring are done. Various awards will be given: Best in Overall Business Plan , Most Innovative Product/Service , Best in Social Impact and Best in Environmental Impact.
So far PIC has conducted 6 Kinaya Programs involving 11 partner state colleges / universities and private schools. There were 501 graduates of the of the program from 2022 to 2025 and the Kinaya Community is growing every year.
