The content of the course takes into consideration the vast set of talents and abilities that need to be highlighted in order to formulate proven strategies that benefit a team and its objectives. Some of the topics discussed regarding leadership are common leadership styles and principles, basics of supervision and other competencies. Putting all these concepts and principles into practice and into reality, topics such as Filipino culture and change management trends and modern practices are also discussed.
