Labor Planning

  • Labor planning is an ongoing balancing acta balance between the demand for labor and the available supply of labor. This process is necessary to address the significant, inevitable workforce changes that happen within an organization. Notably, labor planning involves several processes, and they provide organizational benefits (GreggU, 2019).
  • Furthermore, labor planning improves the business activities of different departments within the organization. For that reason, investing in labor planning technology is also recommended to support workforce planning activities (GreggU, 2019).
