Job Design
- Job design is a concept that involves identifying the tasks and responsibilities that the workforces in a specific assignment are expected to accomplish. It is a significant element in terms of managing employees effectively. It also enables staff to focus on their duties and responsibilities that enhances an organization’s competitive advantage (GreggU, 2019).
- Furthermore, job design is a systemic approach in allocating the tasks of the employees within the organization. It highlights the contents, methods, and relationships of tasks to attend to the technological and organizational needs of the business (GreggU, 2019).
