Use of Visual Indicators

• There are visual indicators used that allow the employees to see if there are issues in the workplace that may affect their performance, productivity, and work environment (Baldwin, 2021).

• These visual cues also enable the workers to see the whole picture of operations and determine in what areas should they improve at (Baldwin, 2021).
