Labor Standards

• In the Philippines, there are labor standards and rights that businesses must learn and adopt to ensure the well-being of workers. Providing labor standards in operations management is necessary as it highlights the importance of the amount of time a worker must render to fulfill his/her job responsibilities (Sabrido, n.d.).
